Keeping Trash Tidy

One of the biggest problems for any restaurant owner is keeping pests like mice and cockroaches away from disposed food. In smaller locations such as city cafes or bistros, there may not be adequate space to keep your garbage behind your establishment at an adequate distance. Some locations even have to keep their trash cans at the front of the restaurant, close to the curbside. A garbage can shed is ideal for these situations or any restaurateur who wants to keep trash tidy. Plastic, wood and vinyl storage sheds typically hold from two to four commercial-sized cans. Be sure to opt for a shed that offers a lock (or add your own), particularly if your garbage has to be kept on or near pedestrian traffic.
